FAQs

What comes with the exhibitor set up?

Each exhibitor will receive one 8' foot table and two chairs. Exhibitor is responsible for table covering, signage, etc. For additional set-up inquiries, please send email to info@vcblackexpo.com. Photo is from the 50-plus Expo at Camarillo Community Center.

What are the exhibit hours?

Exhibit hours are Noon until 5:00 PM. Set-up begins at 10:30 AM. Exhibitors must arrive no later than 11:00 AM. Break-down can begin no earlier than 4:30 PM.

Where do proceeds go?

Fees help pay for the cost of the VC Black Expo. Net proceeds go to the Ventura County Alumnae Chapter for scholarships and operational costs.

Any food vendors?

Yes! Food trucks are preferred and must make arrangements directly with Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District. Send email to info@vcblackexpo.com with FOOD in the subject line.
